The Elk Grove Soccer App powered by SportsEngine mobile puts all the tools you need to manage your Elk Grove Soccer season right on your mobile device, for free. Access all your tools on the go—create and share schedules, generate rosters, chat and message with team mnembers, share photos, check RSVPs, and more.
The free team management app is fully integrated with the Elk Grove Soccer’s platform, keeping you in control and connected—no matter where you happen to be.
RSVP FOR GAMES & EVENTS - SUPER CRITICAL!
When your Team Manager or Coach creates a new game or event and invites you, you will be notified of the event (through email and text notification based on your preferences) for which you need to RSVP. All email addresses associated with the roster player will be sent the invitation/RSVP email.
ADD YOUR TEAM(S) SCHEDULE TO YOUR PERSONAL CALENDAR
Steps on mobile phone
1. From the SportsEngine mobile app, choose your team under the Favorites icon.
2. Choose Schedule icon in lower left.
3. Choose Upload icon in upper right.
4. The next window allows you to select the calendar you want your team schedule to go into to
If you have other players on different teams, you can can do this for each of the team schedules so everything is in one place – super handy for families with multiple players.
ADD A GUARDIAN TO ACCOUNT ON MOBILE APP
If you registered your player for Elk Grove Soccer, you have a SportsEngine account and you should be receiving team emails and texts from your Coach/Team Manager as well as having access to the team’s schedule, chat, etc. through the mobile app. But maybe you need to add another parent or guardian to these team emails and texts. Here’s how:
1. Open the SportsEngine app on your phone.
2. Choose and tap your player’s team.
3. In the bottom right corner, choose and tap ACCOUNT.
4. Under HOUSEHOLD INFORMATION, choose and tap your player.
5. Once your player’s profile is up, choose and tap GUARDIAN.
6. In bottom right, choose and tap the blue circle “+” ICON and ADD GUARDIAN.
7. Add in the guardian’s Email Address and they will receive an invite to create a SportsEngine Account and be give directions on how to sign-in to the mobile app to be able to act on behalf of the player (RSVP, Chat, etc).
