Every year Cosumnes CSD Parks & Recreation (place we rent fields from) request residency documents. We have to collect information from all our player who are registering for programs that use CSD fields (all our teams). CSD then audit our rosters/teams to make sure we have a designated percentage of Elk Grove residents. Failure to submit these in a timely manner can lead to suspension of field use and/or team being ineligible to use fields until all players submit a residency document.
